    Branding & Design / Renderings & Visualization

    Create desire, build anticipation.

Lincoln Property Company makes big things happen, and big things are happening in Culver City. A new, visionary, 7.35 acre development at 5880 W Jefferson Blvd is a campus designed for the elite.

The first phase of the campus plan is a 5-story office building with stunning, architectural design by Gensler, visualized through elegant renderings by Kilograph. With it’s clean lines throughout, uniquely curvilinear design, natural illumination from within, and practically invisible design, the building resembles the architectural artistry of a European modern art museum, setting a precedent of elevated potential for the future development of the campus.

Kilograph developed a creative strategy and brand identity that tells a story and reflects the elegant sophistication and high design of the architecture, the social and geographic connectedness of its prime location, and the expansive growth opportunity that allows for both scalability, autonomy, and privacy.  The creative strategy and identity reflects the uniqueness of the building and opportunity, thinking outside the box about what kind of marketing materials are created, and how the messaging is conveyed.
