    Located within Hollywood’s movie studio lots, Echelon Studios will provide the perfect blend of state-of-the-art soundstage production facilities, creative office spaces, and its own active studio lot to deliver all the right tools for content creators. Featuring private, public and retail space, Echelon aims to be at the center of community and creativity.

    Kilograph worked with Bardas Investment Group and the design architects, RIOS, to produce visualization materials that brings this marriage of architecture, art, and nature to life.

Featuring private, public and retail space, Echelon aims to be at the center of community and creativity.

      Kilograph worked with Bardas Investment Group and the design architects, RIOS, to produce visualization materials that brings this marriage of architecture, art, and nature to life.

      This project reimagines the production environment and brings it to life as a vertical studio lot that maximizes space within the confines of a dense city block. The five-acre complex is centered around four 19,000-sq.-ft. soundstages and one 15,000-sq.-ft. flex stage with an extensive base camp and mill.

      A 90,000-sq.-ft. creative village featuring two six-story creative office towers on the east and west are connected by a bungalow village containing secret gardens, courtyards, and office spaces which allow you to hold a meeting in private before returning outside where nature meets architecture.
